Film - either Kodak EPY or Fuji 64T, balanced for 3200 Kelvin, make
certain your bulbs are 3200 also
Polarizing filter - only if shooting through glass, otherwise not really necessary

Lens - use a macro or copy type lens, the 55mm Micro-Nikkor is
exceptional at this type of work, it has no distortion -- barrel or pin cushion
