I bought a real nice 14" Commercial Ektar from Steven (Stephen?) Shuart,
several years ago. It was exactly as advertized, which is the paramount
concern, after you have decided what lens to hunt for.
A friend of mine swears by Ken Hansen in NYC.
I have found that buying from an individual is generally safer than
buying from a store. Your experience may vary.
