 You not only have to lube the camera you have to clean it... I have taken
them apart and cleaned them and lubed them and put them back together and
found them still sticking... I did this about 10 times and it finally moves
freely... I had used a light silicone and it actually made it worse making
what lubricant that was on there very sticky Carburetor cleaner even made
thing worse as well... ........ BE AWARE OF EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!...Springs
can go flying, cams will fall out as they are not locked in...... ect .
Everything is precision and once you screw it up you might just as well
throw it away if you can not figure out how to put it back.... If you are
not extremely handy with things like that, I would not advise it..., Just
spend the money and pay someone who knows what they are looking at...... A
new one is over $2500 I believe... They are nice cameras...
