Nope. But still scan at the highest resolution to get a really sharp
result. And again, I don't think Epson flatbed resolution can be
compared to film scanner resolution. Certainly at 13x19 your output is
going to look great.

Burn CDs---more reliable, more universal (it will be easier to read a
CD than a 750 Zip 20 years from now), and much cheaper.
