I concur that this thread is becoming off-topic.
A discusion about taking pictures is on-topic, however a discussion about
the solutions to insure the ability to freely take pictures, without legal
censure in any situation is essentially a political/legal discussion.
A political discusion is bound to ruffle feathers, and incite flames,
without making significant changes to the situation, and is not within the
realm of alt-photo-process.
Futhermore, lots of members of this list are NOT citizens of the US, and
not in any postition to influence the US political policy.
People wishing to follow the original issue should consider looking at
