Here is where I got my batch of Mars100% rag vellum that seems to work
really well without spots ****NO GUARANTEES!!**** I may have just
gotten lucky...
It is a little snappier and faster than the clearprint IMO:

The clearprint 1020 is a little heavier, and a tad smoother, however.
