Good luck! I asked the same question a couple of years ago and got no
answer; while I was in Boise I looked up Art Galleries in the phone book
and found four (four!) Thomas Kinkaid shops in various malls, and that
was about it. There is an art museum, though I didn't manage to get
there.
One fine thing to see, although not photo-related, is the human rights
park downtown.
