hi,

I took the jump in to scannerland.
picked up a cannon 1240u scanner
from outpost.com for $59 + shipping.

USB connection, mac or PC with lots of software
including photoshop elements ( like photoshop LE)

worked right off the bat with my PC....
scan is a bit slow, but looks fine ....easy
way to becone a digital junkie
