I had seen some bueatiful old " Photo Tiles" on Antiques Roadshow.
They were about 6"x 6" in size and were Portaits of two individuals .
They were quite nice.... The Roadie's said the image area was slightly
indented and the contrasting colored frit or tile glazing rested in these
areas .. When fired it produced a image.. Does any one know any thing more
about this process ?
