That's farolitos my friend. I know they're mislabeled everywhere else but
Santa Fe. Known as farolitos here for more than 400 years. BTW Santa Fe was
charted 10 years before the pilgrims landed and it was a settlement for
many years before that.
Many of the gums work so it is possible that mesquite would too. Could be
fun to try.
