     As I recall, regular enlarging paper is about ASA 10 or less. Azo must be 100 times slower. I just made some contact prints using an enlarger as a light source and the exposure time was 24 minutes. ASA 100 film is supposed to be safe in carry on so my guess would be that paper would be ok, but checked baggage may be subjected to much, much higher radiation levels. Therefore, don't put it in checked baggage.
