Here in London we have almost the whole Jeremy Bentham (1748-1832) sitting
in a large glass-fronted box in one of the entrance halls to University
College, although his head is now a replica, with the real one being kept
more safely elsewhere.

However, I don't think he'd worry children.

I've had students working with X-rays in past years, and I don't think
anyone raised any issues. At the time were simply thrown away with no
special disposal when no longer required by the hospital, and certainly
with these there was no way the subjects could be identified once
separated from the paperwork.

There used to be a web site which had body sections online - I remember
looking at it several years ago.
