Collodion: Bostick-Sullivan or DIY?

>From what I've been reading, I don't think that collodion would be very hard
to mix myself for my tintypes. I wonder though, would it just be easier to
buy pre-made collodion from Bostick & Sullivan?

Has anyone used the collodion from B&S? What have been your results? Does
their batch include trace iodide and bromide?

I'm still new at this. Please, be patient!
