Yes, Canal Street does host parts of many of the Mardi Gras parades. I
certainly wouldn't doubt there is a rubber store somewhere in the
French Quarter, which Canal St. borders, but it isn't for casual
wear.;-}

Actually Darryl, I try as hard as I can to NEVER go out, since all my
toys
are at home. But I'd bet that Canal Street, New Orleans, ALSO has a
rubber store of sorts. Is that the one they have the jazz parade on
for
