Wow! $15??! A very expensive price. I purchased my Philips 24" 40W
Actinic (same spectrum as BL - please notice these are 40W not "regular"
18 - 20W) bulbs for $3 each (in Istanbul, Turkey). It seems the price
for UV tubes is inflated in the States.
