Personally I use my developer at room temp.Warming my developer lead to:
1.shorten the printing time or to get a denser print.
2. but it also decrease contrast of the print. I think that a pure palladium
print in warm developper can give a good result of 2.4DR negative
I also find that on print containing a lot of balck a warm developer yeld
better black. In fact I admit that a developer at room temp need about 2
minutes to fully develop the black instead of the 20 seconds need by a hot
developer.
