Yeah I've heard this whole gets better with age thing, but everytime,
when I use powdered albumen, when I uncork it 6 months later, it is
yellow colored Jello in the bottle that has to be thrown away, it will
not coat a piece of paper evenly.

Anyone know why thats happening?
