Mat Cutter Help?

I know this is a long shot, but nothing in my user's manual addresses
this problem and the folks at the company won't be available til
tomorrow, so thought I'd ask in case any of you have seen this and know
what to do.

The cutting head on my trusty Logan 350 suddenly stopped dead, mid-cut,
and will not move either way; it is absolutely frozen in place. I've
tried removing various screws on the head but nothing seems to make any
difference. Any ideas?
