Stuart Melvin's book on gum printing

In a message posted on the Alternative Photo Process mail list in November
of 2002 Dick Sullivan mentioned that Stuart Melvin would be publishing a
book about gum printing in February 2003 or there about.

Does anyone have an update on Stuart's progress?
