DEAR DON,
        In one of my VERY old photo books I have a formula for making something
very much like Perma
Wash called Hypo Eliminator. It is made with standard Peroxide and
household "clear" ( non detergent) ammonia. If you can't find Perma Wash I
can dig out and send you the formula. I think it is in the Photo Lab Index
in the formulae section under Kodak Hypo Eliminator...something like HE-1.
        It might do the job in a pinch.

 Yes I've used Perma Wash with Cot320 and other papers using 3 oz per
gallon. It has always worked fine. I purchased an entire case for $5 a few
years ago but unfortunately I've recently run out.
