For the 2:1:100 dilution I would subtract about 30% from the
established time for 1:1:100 as a guide. Unfortunately I can be more
precise because most of my tests have been with 1:1:100 or 2:2:100
and I don't have a very large data base for 2:1:100 and 3:2:100 as I
just recently began using them.
