Gum Potassium New Solution Crystallizing

I've mixed up my first solution of Potassium Dichromate from my first
Formulary Gum kit as per instructions (distilled water @ 120F). This morning
I peeked in the container and noticed its starting to crystallize on the
sides and bottom. Is the bad or normal. I'm thinking "not hot enough?" Any
other advice?
