Sam Wangs solids...

Hi all,

I was taking a look at Sam Wangs gum over cyan method

and it seems to me that he is adding the dichromate to the gum/pigment
as powder not as a liquid. Can someone tell me if I'm reading this correctly
or am I going doolally??
