Being able to spray evenly and consistently is a hard thing to learn when
you first pick up an airbrush. The beginner usually creates uneven coatings
because they do not move laterally across the surface, keeping the tip equal
distance from the surface being painted. The tendency is to sweep in an arc
rather than move laterally and evenly across the surface.

I would not suggest an airbrush because there can be health risks.
