In my practice tere is very little difference after water wash. It is very,
very faint grey I wisj I could quantify it better). If my highlights were
that clear after multiple gum printing I would be very happy. I alway use
sodium metabisulfite clearing bath as a last step to clear the dichromate
stain anyways, so I did not bother to include the extra step during the
siezing process, nor that the barely visible grey would warrant that in my
opinion. My chromium concentration is very low for the siezing.
