It's in Lyle Rexer's book -- The Antiquarian Avant-Garde (or like that --
if I had to dig up that book to save my life I'm dead, tho it's around
here somewhere). It's a lovely book -- Lyle is (IMO) one of the best
writers in the field -- if your library doesn't have it tell them they
need it. I don't have a website or the ability at present to post images,
which is probably just as well, since I haven't time enough to make new
art, let alone run the world, even my own domain... (It's really a shame
of course, since the world is doing such a bad job of running itself
without me.)
I would expect BTW that any large brick & mortar store, eg Barnes & Noble,
would have the book to look at (at least if it's still in print).
