   It can be used but is a PITA. Polaroid changed the design
of their film packet so that the strip on the "dark-slide"
part of the packet go in between the tabs in the holder that
are supposed to contact them and stop the slide from comming
all the way out. If one is very careful not to pull the
paper dark slide out too far the holder will still work. I
don't know if they are compatible with current Readyload
type film packets.
   The later adaptor also has an improved roller system that
is supposed to improve the eveness of distribution of the
developing gel.
