If interested in daguerreotype plates, please reply to me privately. I
am keeping a world-wide list of those interested in daguerreotypy. I
also want to discourage people from taking it lightly - especially the
use of mercury development. You can easily poison or kill yourself with
it. I *would* recommend the Becquerel method of making daguerreotypes,
as it it (relatively) nontoxic. There is some published information on
the Becquerel method that I can point you to.

Anyone interested in making, appreciating or collecting daguerreotypes
would do well to join the Daguerreian Society.
