Here in the San Francisco Bay Area, the best place to purchase small
quantities of chemistry is Bryant Lab in Berkeley.

Bryant Laboratory, Inc.
1101 Fifth Street
Berkeley, CA 94710
Phone 510/526-3141
Fax 510/528-2948

Their most recent price list has ferric oxalate listed at $19.75 for 500GM.

They also do mail order. Extra charges, of course, for hazardous
materials shipping. They also carry a good line of plasticware,
glassware, and related lab equipt. Good people who often cater to
photographers and artists.
