List changes...

Hi all,
Sorry for being so quiet of late, life has been busy. Anyways,
some of you may have noticed that the list was unavailable for about 24
hours to today. This was so the server account could be moved to a
machine that I could readily fool around with (previously, the account
was on the main machine here, with no login access and a NFS read-only
mount). This will now allow me to make the archives available, as well
as the FAQ (sorry Gord for the delay) and anything else that people
would like to see.
Expect these changes in the next couple of weeks.
