I was fortunate to recently find a copy of BROMOIL AND TRANSFER by Chris J.
Symes, F. R. P. S. printed in 1924-48. It 's a 'basic' text but has
formulary and how to. It would be a good find if any of the used bookstores
in your area would happen to have one, however, I think I could safely
(re:copyright laws) send a photocopy to those who would want it for the cost
of copying and mailing. Its about 58 pages long and could be copied 2 pages
up on a single sheet. If interested, eMail me directly at
