1. to get a message to the list, make sure you send the message
from the account from which you subscribed. If you have changed email
addresses since, drop me a line for instructions on how to fix things.
2. In deference to those that pay for their email feeds, please
be a bit sensible as to what you include from a previous message in your
reply. Simply quoting the entire body of text is rarely necessary.
I'd also like to thank Gord for the great work he has been doing
with the WWW FAQ and arranging the ftp'ing of files.
