For non-electronic continuous tone work, there aren't that many.

I have been following this process for at least 5 years. I always thought
he could have come up with a more original name, but in any case, he is
forgiven;-)

Of the 400 people on this list, I'd bet that 398 can't get the _Amateur
Photographer_
