My E-mail - USENET service provider will not allow us (users)
subscribing to Mailing-lists. They will subscribe on our behalf to it
and dump the messages in a "local" conference.

To do that they request me to tell them how to buscribe and unsubscribe
from this mailing list. I had that info but can't find it. Could
anyone tell me how that is acomplished.
