Jim-
I spoke to a person at the distributor who let me know in
no uncertain terms that he did not know what the future held in store for
him in regards to his current job. he was not happy. he let me know the
perviously stated information.
I also believe that untill they find out what is going to
happen that they certainly would not want to loose any of their market
share.
I for one, am wondering if i should stock up to "ride out"
the shortage and hope that they do get reorganized or simply, again, move
on as another paper falls by the wayside.

I agree with you as far as your concerns go. I know that sometimes
a distributor may not know what's really going on in a company. I
also sent a copy of your message to the Oriental rep on Compu$erve so
if I get an answer that's of any consequence I'll forward that to you
as well.
