somewhat embarrassed to see that I was not aware of this publication.
This being the Internet, it is probably wise to indicate that *Canada*
should be added to the above address. Alta is short for Alberta, a
beautiful province in the Western part of Canada, and I believe that it is
usually abbreviated AB as a postal code. A complete address for the above

I presume that this refers to Canadian dollars, currently, for those who
are wondering, worth about 35% less than the US dollar. Also, for the
politically challenged folks out there, we are about to have a referendum
on whether there will be a Canada, as we know it, this coming Monday the
30th. Currency speculators being what they are, I suspect that
non-Canadians whose orders are processed a day or two after that date on
their credit cards, will save another 5 to 10% on the exchange;-)
