I wanted to throw my 2 cents worth in about selenium. While the MSDS
(material Safety Data Sheet) for Selenium was nice to have uploaded, however
it pertains only to metalic selenium, not to the selenium compounds that
you'll be using. If you use selenium sulfide, then get that MSDS. The
metal salts are typically MORE toxic than the pure metals.

With respect to respirators, make sure you get the right cartridge for your
intended use. You can get:
Dust (particulate) ones - they don't keep out fumes of any kind,
Activated carbon - Absorbes organic fumes, won't keep dusts out
Acid fumes/Basic fumes - does that not dusts
Also combination ones

When not in use it should be stored away so as not to become contaminated.
Also make sure it fits you face well (beards are generally a no-no).
