I just noticed that the Luminos folks have begun to distribute the Photo
Technology Chemical products and in there is a liquid emulsion. These are
the materials distributed in Europe by JoBo. I would assume that the
stuff is made in Germany? Maybe?. So, Euopeans could contact JoBo and
here in US call 1800-LUMINOS

As an added note ... and most of this knows this ... waqtercolor paper
can be sensitized by any of the Alt. Process manners from cyan to Van
Dyke to Plt/Pall et al.
