Just for fun, I tried printing on a regular typing-weight paper just to see how it would perform in comparison to the Masa. I grabbed a piece of Epson photo-quality inkjet paper, which happened to be the only typing-weight paper I had right handy. The coating on the paper grabbed onto the pigment and the dichromate, dulling the print with a film of pigment stain and probably some dichromate stain as well, but I thought it worth showing if you can ignore the stain, because it shows in comparison how much more contrasty the Masa prints, with the same negative. Also, the Epson paper printed twice as fast as the Masa. They were similar in crinkling on drying, but the Masa dried much faster. FWIW, which probably isn't much, but it's just another example of how differently papers behave. I added this to the page, for comparison.
