Didn't see the PDFs at the Boxcar website, but I went to the Toyobo
(manufacturer of Printight plates), and read the info for KM73.  Water
washout is at 15-25C, or 59-77F.
Whew... now I don't have to re-do my tests ;o)
Maybe what you read was for something different?
