How about a bandsaw with a metal cutting blade  or a jig saw?

This sheet cutting tool has been used for many, many years with
success. Probably from the early 19th C or possibly earlier.
             If you clamp the sheet firmly along the edge of a bench or
table with a steel ruler along the line you wish to cut with a little effort
you will have a clean score line which will break easily without warping.
                                           Score both sides of the plate.
