Judy's right (Judy's always right, right? Right.  Oh wait... maybe not in November)

Paints vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.  You can't count on one company's "Thalo blue" or whatever, to be the same as another company's. 
There are no standards where those things are concerned.   Painters always use brand names when speaking of colors/paints.  It's a good idea,
especially in the not always forgiving realm of gummology :o)
