The Sury's patent about the Color Process are not the secret. Yes, it is correct but the Color Patent are not the formulary of the color paper.
You find on this patent the principe but no the formulary of the color paper, sorry.
The resinotype of Namias is different of the color of Sury, very different

I could state that the Sury's patent about the Color Process is not a secret
anymore, like for Namias' resinotype and many other historical processes. A
research in the European patents database gives it in a while. The same was
not possible only ten years ago, obviously.
In the same database you can find a lot of interesting (and not so...)
patents. I have read with some emotion that of oilprint by Rawlings, for
example. And it is also clear and well written.
