Hi all,

Just in case this might help someone else-- I did go back and re- install the original Epson 3800 driver, while keeping the Leopard update. Since I did that, all seems to be working fine now-- no more problems. Thanks to all who posted, and especially to Dan and to Jack. I really appreciate your help.
