DEAR LIST,
I don't recall if this was already discussed on the list. Please
forgive me if this is déjà vu. Here in Barbados we get our National
Geographic Magazines MONTHS late. I am just finishing the December 2007
issue and found a nice article with tintypes of cowboys by Robb Kendrick.
They looked good to me!
http://ngm.nationalgeographic.com/2007/12/vaquero/draper-text
The article promised on the website a video showing Robb making
tintypes but I couldn't find it. Perhaps one of the more astute list
members can find it or perhaps, at this late date, it has been removed.
Anyhow, let me know what y'all think of the tintypes (or at least
the images of them on the site)
CHEERS!
BOB
