Re: Sodium Carbonate (was Seeking Information on 2 problems with Gumprocess)
Or go to the store, literally pick up a box of Arm & Hammer and call the 1-800 number on the box. They will tell you the closest location to you to buy Arm & Hammer Washing Soda. Our local Kroger is the only one to stock it. Or get a huge tub from www.thechemistrystore.com. -Jeremy- On Wed, Apr 30, 2008 at 10:28 AM, <pulpfic@telus.net> wrote: > > At 09:00 AM 4/30/08 -0500, Keith Gerling wrote: > > I use a dilute mix of ammonia (my preference is to use sodium > carbonate - washing soda - but darned if I can even find it > anymore....) > Instead of looking in the laundry aisle, wander over to the pool supply > store (or hardware store) and pick up some pH UP - 100% sodium carbonate, no > fragrances or other additives. > > Take care, > Randi > > > > > -- > * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * > Ms Randi DeLisle > bookbinder, publisher, printmaker & photographer > pulp fictions & pulp fictions press > Grand Forks BC Canada pulpfic (at) telus.net > * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
