Thanks Randi. The big yellow washing soda box used to be everywhere, and now it isn't. I've since learned that brewing supply stores also sell it. So I'll be heading out soon to pick up Maltodextrin, Sodium Carbonate AND whatever yeasts and malts I need to whip up a batch of IPA...
