Nice. I can envision all kinds on possible approaches utilizing chine
cole. Isn't it interesting: a google of "chine cole" produces a
several recipes for Chinese Cole Slaw, interspersed with some really
nice art. this person has some good ideas:

No, I don't have access to a press, but a certain generous and local
list-member has purchased one, so I'm sure I can check one out soon!
