I don't know if I replied to your original post, but I use Crystal Clear Bags from www.clearbags.com, the same as I use to store my pt/pd prints.  I just keep them in a drawer then.  Great bags or I would call them envelopes.  They also come with an adhesive strip for sealing.

You can get any size you want—quite a variety of sizes!

Hi Bob
I produce negs the same way, and store them in old paper boxes. You can 
also get appropriate boxes from places like Light Impressions.
