I think some of the confusion is quoting upgrade prices for Adobe Creative Suite vs just Photoshop.

Now I use LR 2.0 for almost everything and only play with wacky filters or do facial retouches in Photoshop...
I do like the fact you can export Zoomify files right from CS4....
